Is there an API for Haiper video gen?

Why, yes there is! We're open to partnering with commercial entities who want to use our API. Please reach out via haiper.ai/contact with your use case, and someone will get back to you if there is a partnership opportunity.

Can I add the Haiper video bot to my own Discord server?

No. But never say never I guess?

Is there any difference in video generation between the Web / iOS / and Discord versions?

There are slight differences in accessibility between all three apps, with the WebApp and iOS app being the most complete experience. They all use the same base model, so the style and quality of your generation will be comparable between all three.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, you can send us a request over at haiper.ai/contact using the email address you originally signed up with. Your account will be frozen for 30 days before it is permanently deleted

I have an error and my videos won't generate!

Please report any error codes, glitches, or bugs on the Support channel on our Discord and our team will be in touch to help you as soon as possible!

How much does video generation cost?

You can try Video generation for free up to a certain number of videos! Though Creators can access new features and faster generation with our paid membership.

Can I generate an image first?

Haiper's vision is to bring multimodal generation to everyone. We're actively exploring multi-image generation, so please head over to Feature Request channel on Discord to +1 this feature and add any others you'd like to see.

Do I own the videos created by myself on Haiper? And how does commercial use work?

Please check our Terms and Conditions.

Is there a way to remove the Haiper watermark?

Yes! Become a Haiper member and you can generate videos without the Haiper watermark. These videos are also available for commercial use.

What is Spotlight?

Consider yourself a skilled auteur? A film maker of the future? You can submit your work to our Creator Spotlight and get featured on at the top of the Explore page for all to see! We'll also co-post your work on our social media channels.

What is Prompt of the Week?

Prompt of the Week (or PotW) is our weekly prompting challenge encouraging users to try out different styles of generation and share their results. The reward is eternal glory and perhaps a feature in the weekly spotlight. It's also a fun way to get talking with likeminded creators, check it out!

Spotlight

Where and how will my work be seen?

Your submitted content will be showcased in the gallery at the top of the explore page, with newly added content displayed first. Users browsing the platform will encounter your video along with a title, description, and social media handles of your choice, maximizing exposure and facilitating connections with your audience.

Who owns the content posted to Spotlight?

You retain ownership of all content generated through Haiper, provided it complies with copyright laws. Spotlight serves as a promotional feature on Haiper, increasing visibility for your work within the community and facilitating traffic to your social media channels through embedded links.

How long will it take for my content to be considered?

Our content team manually evaluates all submissions. While we aim for prompt review, the process may take up to two weeks before you receive feedback on your submission's status.

Why would I want my content on Spotlight?

Featuring on Spotlight grants prominent exposure on the Haiper platform, where thousands of like-minded users engage daily. It's an effective way to promote your content and direct fans to your social media channels.

Do I need to tag Haiper on social media to be considered for Spotlight?

While tagging Haiper on social media isn't mandatory for Spotlight consideration, doing so streamlines our content team's search process and enhances your chances of visibility.

Can I include public figures in my submitted work?

Unless you have the necessary permissions or rights to feature them, please refrain from including public figures in your submitted work.

What type of music can I use for my submitted work?

We recommend using royalty-free music to avoid copyright infringement. Additionally, consider using AI music tools such as Suno or Udio to create original music for your content. Please refrain from using copyrighted music without proper authorisation or we may be forced to decline your submission.

Haiper Membership

What is the Haiper Membership?

This is an opportunity for our Haiper creators and businesses to access new features, such as No watermarks, private creation. However, we will be rolling out a new pricing structure because we have many upcoming feature launches.

How do I buy a Haiper Membership?

Choose your Membership plan, checkout with your preferred payment method, and your membership starts immediately. You will get billed on a monthly or yearly basis starting from the day you purchase your membership.

What does 'beta' mean for the subscription plans?

We are currently in the testing stage of our membership plans, so they may be adjusted in the future. We promise that more benefits for our members are coming soon.

What if I don't join Haiper's Member program?

That's a-ok! You can still generate videos daily. We're committed to empowering everyone to continue creating on Haiper.

What is Unlimited creation?

Our mission is to unleash your creativity. Therefore there is no daily limit on the number of creations for users with paid membership. However, please avoid any misuse of our product. If misuse is detected, your account may be banned.

What is Concurrent creation(s)?

Concurrency refers to the number of videos you have submitted that are being generated simultaneously. For example, an account on the Explorer plan can have three videos being generated at the same time.

What is Private creation?

Creating a private video means that only you will have access to it. If you do not mark your video as private, it might be displayed in the public area on our platform.

What if I want to cancel my Membership?

We'd be sad to see you go! You can cancel your membership at any time on our website, but the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. If you change your mind before the end of the cycle, you can undo the cancellation.

How can I get a refund?

We unfortunately do not offer refunds. You can cancel your membership at any time.
